1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Faucon Investoire ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing our website, utilizing our programmatic algorithmic application interfaces, or deploying our computational market intelligence workflows, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using our digital services and platform infrastructure.

2. Nature of Platform and Analytical Tools

Faucon Investoire supplies technical computing infrastructure, algorithmic data models, market trend telemetry, and automated software interfaces designed to aggregate and evaluate financial asset information across digital currencies, foreign exchange pairs, and equity indices. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Faucon Investoire is a technology provider, not an authorized bank, registered securities broker, custodian, or financial asset manager.
• Platform tools, indicators, signal outputs, and automated parameters are computational models only and do not constitute individualized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
• We do not execute order orders directly on primary liquidity venues; all market transactions are routed or handled through third-party independent brokerages with which you independently affiliate.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

To access the platform, you represent and certify that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal majority status within your primary residential territory.
• You possess the legal competence and capacity to execute binding commitments under English law and your native jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any embargoed, sanctioned, or restricted jurisdiction where computational financial software services are prohibited by domestic or international statute.
• All information provided during platform onboarding is accurate, complete, current, and verifiable.

4. Account Integrity and Security

You bear absolute responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your platform credentials, dual-factor authentication tokens, and API secret keys. Any activity or instruction executed through your account credentials shall be deemed executed by you. Faucon Investoire shall not be liable for losses resulting from credential compromise, social engineering, or negligence on your terminal or local network.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the Faucon Investoire platform—including but not limited to proprietary software code, mathematical models, machine learning weights, UI/UX architecture, visual branding, trademarks, documentation, and graphic elements—belong exclusively to Faucon Investoire and its licensors. You are granted a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view and interface with the web service solely for non-commercial operational use.

You are strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, scraping, extracting algorithmic models, or distributing source scripts derived from our environment.

6. Third-Party Brokerages and Liquidity Integrations

Our application may integrate with external independent brokers, centralized liquidity gateways, or order execution networks. Faucon Investoire exercises no control over third-party broker operational practices, solvency, deposit custodial mechanics, spreads, execution latency, or regulatory licensing. Any commercial engagement between you and a broker is conducted under that third party’s discrete legal terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform and all included models are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any variety, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in the United Kingdom:

• Faucon Investoire disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular computational objective, and continuous uptime.
• In no scenario shall Faucon Investoire, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-capital damages arising from execution failure, latency spikes, algorithmic calculation variance, or third-party venue insolvencies.
• Our aggregate financial liability under all causes of action shall not exceed the total fees paid by you directly to Faucon Investoire during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim event.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faucon Investoire, its officers, employees, and technological partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, legal costs, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms, non-compliance with regional financial regulations, or improper reliance on market data outputs.

9. Termination and Account Restriction

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your platform access without prior notice if we identify unlawful activity, abusive API traffic patterns, account sharing, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our analytical software ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations or claims arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued utilization of Faucon Investoire following any revisions indicates complete acceptance of the revised Terms.
